On my daily trawl of the property listings I came across

of these in this location and the ground floor maisonettes are especially

month which would give a yield of 5%. Landlords
need to be aware of the £6500 stamp duty they will be paying but at least they’ll
be safe in the knowledge that there will be no shortage of demand from

Fastway bus stop gives easy access to Gatwick and the M23 junction at Pease
Pottage is a few minutes drive for any tenant that commutes.
What I found most interesting is the £180,000 asking price is 9% higher than the actual sold price of a similar maisonette
that sold only a year ago in the same development.
